This should be a short one...
Have you seen the specials on the History Channel on ancient civilizations? They talk about images (hieroglyphics) or markings that resemble figures that the civilizations at the time thought were g-ds.
Have you ever thought about what ever happened to Atlantis or did it really exist?
And what of Mars, was there life there at some point in time?
Here's my take:
I think the ancient civilizations were frequently visited by "aliens". And I don't know if they would be considered "aliens" per say. What If they started off in Mars and moved here when all the water dried up or after the big bang... What if, Atlantis was some sort of "alien" ship/city that they decided to submerge into the vastness of sea where we could not interfere? Once society grew and learned better ways to document (writing, drawing, painting, video etc.), they showed themselves less and less.
What if, we are wasting our time looking for "aliens" out in the solar system and beyond, and they have been here all along in our oceans? They say, we have only explored about 10-20% of our oceans. There could be anything under there.
** I'll try to rant on something more mainstream on the next one, this is just something that has bugged me for sometime now**

Do you realize that nothing ever goes as planned? Life seems to be the struggle of bad things and how you deal with them. True happiness is something that people strive for, but I honestly think it cannot be achieved. We strive for the moment where everything in our lives is good and happy. In the sense were we need nothing more and have everything we need. For some people it can be materialistic and for others it can be in the form of love. Love for oneself, ones family or significant other.
What if life was a test of how you deal with awful circumstances? If someone told you that true happiness can only be attained when your dead, then what will you live for? For the moment? For your legacy?
Think back to when you had a great time, or a time where you were full of happiness and joy. Now how often did those come around? 10% of the time? Let’s say that throughout your life, 80% of your lifetime you will just be. Throughout that time you will be seeking that 10%. You’ll be fighting, working long hours, making sacrifices for that 10%. Contrary to popular belief, I am a fairly optimistic person. I think that knowing what the future holds and what to expect, helps with those times where everything seems dark and there’s no light in sight. It’s meant to be that way, that’s how the game is setup. We are made to strive for the unattainable. To long for those things we don’t have. That imaginary happiness where everything is OK.
Now for those who cannot go on with this challenging existence… wouldn’t it be funny if they had to do it all over again? (Warning going deep) What if we were living in hell? What if this was all a joke? We die, and have to do it all over again.
I was thinking to myself that it’s about time for me to win the lotto. Seriously, I play about $3 a week and I got out of my way sometimes to play. I’ll even be happy with the $5k jackpot where your only one number away from the millions. Now taking into account of how the game is setup… If I won, I would have to either lose something or the act of winning would be my demise. Here are some examples: I win the lotto but I lose my leg in a crash. I win the lotto and buy a family member the house they always wanted but they die of some sort of disease. I win the lotto but spend it all and have less than what I started with before I won. You hear of the stories where people win and their lives become a living hell.
I don’t know… But I’m sure glad I finally got to write this down haha. I don’t know the proper blogging techniques or etiquette, but if one person reads this that would actually be pretty cool. Feel free to respond
